At CMM Systems, Inc., we offer precise calibration services to ensure the accuracy and geometry of your Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and Optical Comparators. Our experienced technicians verify, calibrate, and adjust the geometry and accuracy in all three axes, employing Standard Calibration, Volumetric Calibration, or Laser Calibration as required by the manufacturer’s specifications.

Our calibration standards are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and we comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10012:2003, and the latest ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Accreditation #66788. As an Accredited Laboratory through Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc., we maintain the highest quality standards in our field.

To visually display the accuracy of your equipment, we provide an Inspection Sticker, a Certificate of Accuracy & Traceability, and a Calibration Report, all plotted in color. This plot visually displays how each axis physically appears and allows operators to locate the “Highest Accuracy Zone” on the machine(s). Additionally, we provide before and after data for your equipment, so you can track the improvements made during the calibration process.
